Contemporary 600 sq. m villa in secluded location is nestled within the private estate of Capo Coda Cavallo, in a small bay just 50 m from a wonderful sandy beach with direct access. The bay forms a well protected natural harbour even for large yachts. The villa is set in a spacious and charming private property in north eastern Sardinia so there are virtually no constructions in the eyesight, enjoying extraordinary views. Villa was built in 1976 by a celebrated Italian architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni. There is a further beach, famous in the region for its crystal clear water, situated just a short 10 minutes walk from the villa. Besides, the villa is within short driving distance to the lively town of San Teodoro.
The shaded terrace just outside the house is very large and furnished with many sofas and chairs, for afternoons of sipping drinks or evening aperitivi with a view. The property offers a long infinity pool, boasting a fabulous view of the horizon. The well-kept garden itself is amazing. Its impeccable green lawn is beautifully dotted with trees, flowers and boulders and gently slopes down to the sea. A lovely paved path takes guests down to the villa’s seafront terrace, lightly shaded and towering over the crystal waters below. It is the perfect place to watch the sun go down with a cocktail or a dinner. Only 50 metres away, the villa’s beach is a little piece of paradise. With its fine white sand and turquoise waters, it is a picture of Sardinia’s north east coast but without its typical crowds. Sun loungers and umbrellas offer guests to soak up in this oasis of peace and exquisite natural beauty.
The villa’s spacious interiors are spread out over one level and a small cottage, sleeping up to 17 guests in total. The entrance hall leads straight to a charming patio in the centre of the house, equipped with a lovely fountain and sofas. The area is open towards the sky and is the ideal spot to relax outside within the comfort of the villa’s interiors. The patio also faces the beautiful colourful garden. To the right of patio, the living area, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room is bright and colourful, and opens to the garden through wide glass doors. The dining room, with its strong shades of blue, is furnished with a large dining table and leads to a fully equipped kitchen. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is adjacent to the kitchen, as well as a toilet. This side of the villa also includes 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single) sharing a bathroom with a shower.
The other side of the villa houses most of the bedrooms. The generous master bedroom is bright and cozy, offering en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Large windows open a wonderful view of the villa’s garden. The second double bedroom is charmingly decorated with blue patterned fabrics. With its large corner windows, it offers views over the crystal clear sea. It also benefits from its private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Two further simple but stylish double bedrooms share another bathroom with a bathtub. The two last double bedrooms are very large and boast each their own en-suite bathroom. This side of the house also includes a sauna and a gym with direct access from the master bedroom. The last bedroom is placed in the cottage (a small dependance) with an en-suite bathroom including shower and bathtub.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a Bose sound system. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A maid and a cook are at your service for 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Two canoes are also available for free. A motorboat is available at an additional cost on request.
